There’s an icy wind that’s blowing from the frozen lands
It’s an omen of destruction by an evil hand
Prophecies of legions unleashing death and pain
We must fight or life will never be the same again

War is upon us all now
Take up your sword and shield
Ride with the mighty legions
Into the bloody field

On the dark horizon shadows begin to rise
As a blood red moon is shining through the cloudy skies
With a dreadful howling war cry the beasts attack
Now the time has come for battle; no turning back!

Under a blackened sky the armies unite
Ready to face their foes and prepared to fight
Standing tall in the cold winter night
Praying for fate to be on their side

These beasts who take the shape of men will stop at nothing to seize our lands as their own. We must show them who we are! May our swords strike with fury, and our arrows fly true! Have at thee, for honour and for victory! Have at thee!

The battle’s underway already men are falling
We cannot win this fight
There’ll be no one left standing by the light
The bloodshed sickening around me friends lay dying
They come at us again
We cannot hold, is this the end?

Another step they take the tide has started turning
The dead lay all around
The enemy begin to grind us down
I see men turn away and give a shout of warning
Nobody seems to hear
They start to run the end is near!

Onwards ride
For glory on this night
We still stand
So raise your shields
Our enemies shall kneel
We will have our victory!

We are the last survivors
Standing to hold the line
All that we love behind us
We’ll fight now and for all time
We are the last protectors
Fighting the tyranny
Holding back the invasion
To save our liberty
We are the retribution
Standing for what is just
Our struggle shall be remembered
When all has turned to dust
Weep for our fallen brothers
They made their final stand
Honour their sacrifices
They died to save our land

When the baleful shadows engulf the brightest skies,
And when winter’s chill pierces the Earth with its frigid embrace,
All that for which we have striven seems destined to be lost;
A fading ember in the twilight.

When the dawn of hope is extinguished by the sorrowful night,
And the tides of war herald the darkest of times,
We must look to the one who can guide us to freedom;
Lead us now as a King, and we shall follow you forever!
